Description
Come along to the Markets’ Chinese New Year AYAM™ Kitchen and learn how to cook New Year’s treats and delicious food from all over Asia. Watch live demonstrations from former Australian MasterChef contestants Alvin Quah (AYAM™ Ambassador) and Adam Liaw (Chinese New Year Festival Ambassador) and some of Sydney’s leading chefs.
Demonstrations take place:
